10/8/2025<br/>We’re ready to begin looking for this girl’s adoptive home. I realized when I took her into the vet last week that I’d never given her a Snooty name….wanted to go with a solid 60’s love child name so I decided on Friendship Willingbird Sunshine. It encompasses all the things that celebrate who she is and who she can be. The way she walks through life is absolutely a balancing act. She has fears of new things, because she never got exposed to new things….but she is absolutely willing to put in the work to get to the other side of them. And the most beautiful thing about her process, is the way she physically celebrates when she breaks through a fear. Makes a new friend….gets the zoomies…..explores a new space…..gets the zoomies!!! She isn’t just proud of what she accomplishes, she gets giddy about it!!<br/>She definitely needs another happy confident dog in her adoptive household. She will do best and be her happiest with a fenced in yard. But mostly she needs a human that’s going to be patient and follow the directions that we know will set her up for success!!<br/>*she is a Schnoodle<br/>*she is deaf<br/>*she is 2.5<br/>*she weighs 11 lbs<br/>*she is crate trained<br/>*she has done well with housebreaking<br/>*we are still working on being our best on leash<br/><br/>Friendship Willingbird Sunshine is up to date on shots and preventatives and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250 plus any addition donation you wish to make to help with our medical costs.<br/>All dogs adopted locally through SGDR Receive a free six week session of obedience classes and a lifetime of behavioral support through our project reward program with director/trainer Ashley Reum.
