Freya's Story

Meet Freya, a 9-month-old Belgian Malinois mix with a big personality and a zest for life. Friendly, affectionate, and genuinely happy to meet everyone she encounters, Freya is full of youthful energy and always ready to play.

Freya is still very much a puppy and will benefit from guidance and structure in her new home to help her learn boundaries, polish her manners, and channel her enthusiasm. Enrolling her in a puppy training class would be a great start. She’s not yet fully house-trained and is still in her chewing phase, so patience and consistency will be important. With positive training and engagement, Freya will grow into the devoted, fun-loving companion that exemplifies her breed.

Freya would do best in a home with active adults and/or older children who can keep up with her. She enjoys playing with other dogs, though her exuberance can be a bit much for smaller pups.

Freya currently weighs 25 pounds and will likely reach 35 to 45 pounds when mature. She’s spayed, fully vaccinated, healthy, and heartworm-negative. Her adoption fee is $200, which includes six months of heartworm prevention. If you would like to make this outgoing pup a part of your family, email us for an application.
