I came into rescue as a very young mom to 10 babies, and I did an amazing job raising them. Now that my puppies have gone off to their forever homes, it’s finally my turn to learn how to just be a dog—and I am loving it.<br/><br/>I’m 1 year old weigh 48 pounds, and I’m doing great getting my body back in shape. My foster mom says I’m a super sweet girl, a wonderful snuggler, and she’s so proud of how far I’ve come.<br/><br/>Since my babies left, I’ve started to really blossom. I’m playing more, discovering toys (I love picking from the toy basket!), and having zoomies outside—especially in the snow. I enjoy tug-of-war with my foster canine siblings and I absolutely love being close to my people. Following my foster mom from room to room is one of my favorite things.<br/><br/>I’m doing beautifully with my manners:<br/><br/>House-trained with no accidents<br/><br/>Crates well at night and when my foster mom leaves<br/><br/>Eating on a routine and looking healthy and happy<br/><br/>Learning sit, wait, release, recall, and leash skills every day<br/><br/>I currently live with three adult dogs and two adult cats, and I do great with all of them. I’m respectful with cats—even when they get the zoomies—and I’ve been wonderful with both male and female dogs. I’ve also met a couple of kids and did great with them.<br/><br/>I can be a little unsure of men at first, and may need time, patience, and treats to build trust—but once I relax, my sweet personality really shines. My foster mom believes I’ll continue to gain confidence with the right family.<br/><br/>I’m eager to keep training, keep growing, and keep becoming the very best version of myself.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a gentle, loving, loyal companion who has already proven what an incredible heart she has, I might be your girl.<br/>If you think you could be my forever family, please submit an application to meet me.
