Freya's Story

MEET FREYA — A LITTLE SASS, A LOT OF LOVE, AND PLENTY TO SAY!

At just 8 months old and 25 lbs, Freya is an adorable Heeler/Beagle mix who inherited the best (and funniest ) personality traits from BOTH breeds!

This sweet, spunky girl may be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once she warms up, get ready for all the kisses, cuddles, and affection you can handle! Freya has a heart of gold and absolutely loves being loved.

And did we mention she has OPINIONS?!

In true Beagle and Heeler fashion, Freya likes to use her voice, especially when she’s playing! Her vocal enthusiasm can be a little overwhelming for some dogs, but for a playful pup who enjoys a rowdy, talkative bestie, Freya could be the PERFECT match!

Freya is still very much a puppy, which means she’s full of energy, curiosity, and a little mischief! She’s learning the ropes of being a good canine citizen and will need a family willing to continue teaching her.

A little more about Freya:

- 8 months old and 25 lbs
- Heeler/Beagle mix with personality
- CAT FRIENDLY!
- Loves playful doggie friends
- Shy initially, but incredibly sweet and affectionate once comfortable
- Knows how to use a doggy door
- Still working on her leash manners
- Loves to talk, especially during playtime
- Professional kiss giver and cuddle enthusiast!

Freya isn’t looking for perfection in a family, just someone who will love her for the fun, quirky, affectionate little girl she is while helping her grow into the amazing dog she’s destined to be.

If you love a dog with BIG personality, a little sass, and a whole lot of heart, Freya might just be your girl!

Apply to adopt Freya at HeroHounds.org/adopt

Please SHARE to help this adorable little chatterbox find her forever family!
