Meet Freya
Hi, friends! My name is Freya, and I am a four-year old Scottish Terrier/Pomeranian Mix who weighs 8.7 pounds. If you’re looking for a pup to snuggle up with then I’m your girl!
One of my favorite things to do is cuddling and sleeping with my foster parents. I do not need a lot of exercise, I just enjoy hanging around the house or in the backyard. A fenced yard is required for me because I am a bit of a flight risk. I can be vocal when scared. My foster mom believes that I will do best in a home with few visitors and someone who is looking for a lap dog.
I love dogs but have never been around cats. I actually lived with Luna who is also in the Wish Bone Canine Rescue program in my previous home! I have been around kids before and adore them, but I would probably do best in a home with kids aged 8 years or older because I’m very scared of new people on first meeting. Once I’m warmed up, I am the most loving and friendly pup. I am almost completely house trained and have only had a couple of accidents in my foster home.

Her minimum adoption fee is $295 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
