This is Freya. The sweet girl was being given away along with her sister and her litter of puppies in early March. Their owner posted that she was going to dump them in the desert outside her small town in Colorado because she needed to move immediately. One of our amazing volunteers picked up all seven dogs and brought them to her home until we could get them into foster care.<br/> <br/><br/>Freya is beautiful, smart, energetic, and very affectionate! She absolutely adores other dogs and would do wonderfully in a home with a canine buddy or more! She is wonderful with young children and all people. She would benefit from an active lifestyle and would love to hike or run and play at the dog park.<br/> <br/><br/>This sweet girl was skin and bones when we got her, but she is looking much better and ready to find love!
