Fresa's Story

Meet Fresa

Fresa is a sweet 9-year-old pit mix with the softest soul and the calmest vibes. After spending over 250 days at IACS, this gentle girl is more than ready to finally enjoy the comfort and love of a forever home.

Fresa loves leisurely walks, cozy naps, and will happily entertain herself with toys from time to time. She’s 100% potty trained, doesn’t require a crate (though she’s perfectly fine using one if needed), and is wonderfully easygoing around the house.

While Fresa has some hearing loss, she’s incredibly smart and attentive — she responds to visual cues and hand signals like sit, paw, come, and no. She’s friendly and relaxed with visitors in the home and truly enjoys human companionship. On walks, she can be a bit cautious, but with patience and understanding she does just fine.

Fresa is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and will need routine ear care due to her hearing loss. She may be able to live with cats or dogs — a trainer meet-and-greet is scheduled for 1/10 to help guide the best match.

If you’re looking for a low-key, loyal companion who will happily share quiet moments and gentle love, Fresa may be your perfect fit!
