Frederick

Frederick is a truly sweet senior fellow. At age 12, he still has plenty of spring in his step and likes to walk. He also really likes to cuddle with his people. He weighs about 5 pounds, so is perfectly pocket-sized!<br/><br/>Frederick had a dental while he was here with us, and had all of his teeth removed. He's feeling (and smelling!) much better. He does have a cataract in his left eye, but it doesn't need treatment at this time. <br/><br/>He is a lovely little guy who will fit into most any home!<br/><br/><br/>We do NOT respond to PetFinder inquires; we only respond to emails sent to adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org regarding adoption inquires. <br/><br/>We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there. <br/><br/>Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need. <br/><br/>Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
