Freddy's Story

Meet Freddy! She’s a smart, confident and playful little pup. Freddy’s favourite toys are of the plushy or rope variety. She can be a bit timid when meeting new people but her fear completely disappears if her foster dog brother is there to help her feel confident. She warms up quickly with a friendly demeanour and wagging tail. Freddy acts the same way towards new dogs as she does towards new people.

Freddy hasn’t spent much time on leash since she’s so young but she’s a smart cookie who should be able to pick up leash walking really quick. She is working on crate training and does best when she knows her foster mom is close by. Freddy is still working on potty training but is doing really well with pee pads.

The ideal home for Freddy would be with an active, committed family who will provide her with lots of mental stimulation, cuddles and exercise. Freddy is still a young pup and has a long way to go with her training so someone committed to continuing her training consistently is a requirement. She would do well with a canine companion in his forever home. Freddy has not had any exposure to cats. She has met the occasional child while out exploring the world and has been very gentle with them.

Think you might be the right fit to provide a loving home for Freddy? Apply Now!
