Despite her wrinkled forehead, Frannie is a happy-go-lucky young lady. She loves everyone she meets, human or canine. She isn't a fan of the cold weather, but looks absolutely adorable in her sweater or parka. At two years old, she is equal parts playful pup and number-one snuggle bug. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need. <br/><br/>Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
