Frankie's Story

Frankie is officially ready for his forever home!
Frankie came to us from a commercial breeder as the most timid of his litter. He was absolutely terrified and unsure of the world around him. But thanks to months of patience, love, and dedication from his incredible foster family, Frankie has blossomed in the most beautiful way.
The same little boy who once feared human touch now jumps up on the couch for snuggles and happily gives his foster parents sweet kisses. Watching his transformation has been nothing short of amazing.
Frankie thrives with other dogs and requires a confident canine companion in his forever home to help him continue building his confidence. He does well with cats and is making great progress with potty training. Because he is still sensitive, he will need a patient family who understands that adjustment takes time.
MUST have another dog in the home,
No small children (they're very scary for him)
Calm older children (middle school-high school age) are okay
Frankie is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and dewormed - he is more than ready for the next chapter of his life.
He does have a "cherry eye," which is common in Cocker Spaniels, and our veterinarians do not believe it will cause any issues.
This sweet boy wants nothing more than a patient, loving family to call his own. Could that be you?
