Frankie arrived in Canada from St Lucia about a year ago and has been adored from day one. He's a gentle, cheerful, cuddly little guy who loves people with his whole heart. Due to changes in his previous home more people, more pups, more bustle Frankie found himself overwhelmed. Now he's looking for his forever family, where he can be the only dog in the household and get his peoples undivided attention. He's doing brilliantly in his current foster home and is a quick, willing learner. Frankie has a rare but manageable immune-related skin condition (ischemic dermatopathy). Its not contagious and is controlled with medication, supplements, and sun protection. Flare-ups can happen with intense sun exposure, stress, or vaccinations, sometimes causing minor hair loss. He just needs a caring family committed to his ongoing care and regular check-ups. If you want a loyal little shadow who'll love you endlessly, Frankie might be your perfect match!
