Meet Frankie, he is about 3 years old and had a rough start to life. When he was about a year old he was hit by a car and his back leg could not be saved so they had to amputate it. Frankie's handicap does not hinder him one bit. He gets around just fine and has the most sweetest and loving personality ever! Frankie gets along with dogs and doesn't mind the kitties.
