He was covered in fleas, dirty, and very hungry - yet his demeanor was nothing but sweet and grateful to finally receive some love and compassion. At 92 pounds, Frank is truly a big bundle of love! He has joined the prestigious Arkansas Paws in Prison Program, where he's learning new commands and becoming an even better boy every day. Frank is heartworm positive and currently undergoing treatment. He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, and on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.
