FRANK's Story
Frank is a 42 lb Shepherd mix and he is 10 months old. He is getting neutered in the very near future. <br/><br/>Frank and his 4 siblings all came to us as owner surrenders. They had not had much human interaction during their first 10 months and because of that they were fearful of strangers. The staff and volunteers have worked hard to help him realize humans can be good.<br/><br/>Frank may be a little shy at first but he has shown us he is brave and smart.
