Introducing Frank!<br/><br/>When we saw this face, we just knew he belonged with Pittie Posse.<br/><br/>But look a little closer, and you'll notice something else in his intake photo.<br/><br/>Frank is wearing a harness.<br/>Which means... at some point...<br/>Someone bought him that harness. <br/>Someone had him in their life. <br/><br/>But we don't know Frank's story. <br/><br/>We don't know if he was abandoned, neglected, or somehow ended up on his own.<br/><br/>Yet we do know this... Frank deserved a chance.<br/><br/>And we weren't going to let his story end on the euthanasia list at animal control.<br/><br/>Frank is estimated to be around 5-6 years old, is dog friendly, and currently weighs just 37 pounds. <br/><br/>He's very underweight and will need some good meals and TLC to help him fill out and get ready for Maine winters!
