Foster is a six year old male havanese who weighs 10 pounds and is a former breeder. He is a very sweet dog who loves to be held and has the sweetest eye. Foster does get protective of his person so an adult only home is needed. A securely fenced back yard is ideal because he does love to explore. He gets along well with his three female foster sister dogs and his foster brother cat. Foster is doing well with potty training but does need a consistent schedule to reinforce good potty habits.He sleeps on the king size bed at night. He is currently going through heartworm treatment. His adopter will need to be able to get him to our veterinarian in Peoria for treatment (at the rescues expense).
