I was adopted with my brother, but sometimes siblings just need their own space. I love other dogs… just not him (hey, it happens!).<br/><br/>I’m a 3-year-old Havanese boy who does best with canine buddies, especially since I don’t love being alone. If you’re ever away from the house, having playful dog friends helps me feel secure and happy.<br/><br/>I can be a little leery of new people at first, so my future family will need to help visitors “be cool” and let me make the first move. Once I decide you’re my people, I’m all in—I love showing affection and being close.<br/><br/>I try my best with my potty manners, but hey… nobody’s perfect. Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.
