Floyd Favor-4153WV's Story

Floyd Favor is a very handsome and elegant black & white Boston terrier gentleman. He is about 10 years old and weighs 33 lb. He is very sweet and even-tempered. He has lived in a home with two dogs, male & female, and a cat. He is not food aggressive and enjoys a treat. He knows how to use a doggie door and seems to adapt quickly to new environments. He can be left for hours. He is house broken and will stare at you to let him out. Floyd is very friendly and likes just about everyone. He rarely barks so he would be a great apartment-dweller. He is up to date on all his shots and on hearetworm prevention. He loves walks and car rides. He just had a benign fatty tumor removed and he was a good patient. He is neutered and microchipped. Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee's Adoption Policy

For the Application and much more information, go to The Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee website, Boston Terrier Rescue of East TN at bostonterriertn.org and use the online application. We require both an adoption application & a contract. We check Vet references, interview families and do home visits. We ask for a nominal adoption donation to help us defray the medical expenses of the next homeless dog. It generally costs us more than we take in in fees per dog to completely vet a dog. Many come to us old and frail, often sick, making donations more critical. We are not subsidized by the government or any foundation, but rather by only a few very good people. We're delighted to get donations. Our adoption application is available on-line and we will generally respond within 24-48 hours to your application and answer any initial questions. Anyone wishing to adopt should complete the online application on bostonterriertn.org If you don't get an answer to an inquiry it's probably because your question was already answered in the bio -- and if the dog is still posted on our website, that means he/she is still available.
