Floyd's Story

Floyd is a 7-year-old, 14 lb little guy who truly doesn't act his age-you'd never guess he's considered a "senior"! He's active, full of life, and absolutely thrives on attention. Floyd is incredibly sweet and clearly forms a strong bond with his person, making him a loyal and loving companion. Floyd came to us after a heartbreaking situation. His owner was taken from her home due to medical reasons, and he was unintentionally left behind with no plan in place for his care. If not for a caring community supervisor who found him, Floyd may not have survived on his own. Despite it all, he has remained such a good boy and still has so much love to give. He shows great signs of being house trained and would make a wonderful addition to a home looking for a devoted little companion. Floyd is ready to leave his past behind and bring warmth, joy, and companionship to a family who will never leave him behind again.
