Flicker's Story
Meet Flicker! Flicker is a 2-3 month old pittie / husky / who-knows-what mix from Western WA. Her approximate DOB is 9/27/2025.

Flicker is doing so well in foster! She takes naps in her kennel, is making great progress on potty training, and keeps up with her foster sister on leashed walks. She lives with a large husky mix and two cats -- she seems to ignore the felines and loves to wrestle with her canine sibling. Flicker is very comfortable with strangers and random dogs--in her foster home, her normal leash walk route, and at daycare (where she is familiar and secure), she is extremely outgoing and assertive, approaching new people/dogs. In unfamiliar surroundings, she is passive but perfectly happy to be held by strangers and give puppy kisses right away. In her foster's words: "Flicker is a very intelligent dog - she learns quickly and is observant; her future family should be prepared to keep her mind occupied. Flicker is extremely affectionate - she cuddles and nuzzles her foster mom every day; puppy kisses are constant. Although she is not a velcro dog and does not exhibit any separation anxiety, she loves to hang close to her foster mom. Flicker is an amazing puppy who is growing into an impressive, loving, and beautiful dog."

Since she is a baby, we expect adopters to continue working with her on all the usual puppy things (potty training, kennel training, leash training, confidence building, etc.) If you are interested in adopting her, fill out an application at https://forms.gle/ZvvQobuhgmkU5AJEA!

=================================================

***WE DO NOT RESPOND TO PETFINDER INQUIRIES OR PHONE CALLS, ONLY EMAILS.***

If you have any additional questions, or would like to adopt a pup, send us an email at adoptions@rhas.love and we will send you an adopter survey.
