Flash's Story

Hi. My name is Flash. I'm a friendly 6-7 yr. old dalmatian labrador retriever mix who ended up in the East Valley LA City shelter. Luckily, Rescue saw me on a video o and knew i would make a fantastic dog for some dog loving family. I got my new name, Flash, because I was so very fast in the video. Now I am living in a kennel in Newport Beach. I was a bit shy when i first came in but now I'm enjoying playing in the yard and going on my daily walk. The walkers here are teaching me my leash manners and how to sit for treats, but i do need an experienced dog owner with lots of patience as I've had no training and am a strong bodied girl. I also am not fond of other dogs so i should be an only dog and would not be a good candidate for dog parks or doggie day care. I am a very friendly girl with my 2 legged friends, just LOVE People ..great with older kids, but probably a bit too much dog for the small children. I am spayed, vaccinated and microchipped so I am ready to go anytime you call for me. I am so looking forward to meeting my new family .. could it be yours?

If you are interested in meeting me, please contact Dalmatian Rescue of Southern California, Inc. by email . To ensure I would be a good fit for you and your family, Rescue requires completion of an adoption questionnaire but once submitted and approved, arrangements can be quickly made for you and your family to come meet me at the kennel. I love making new friends so please do contact Rescue and ask about me, Flash, as soon as you can.

To learn more about Dalmatian Rescue of Southern California, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit charity, and to see all of our available dogs, please visit our website at www.dalrescuesocal.com.
