Meet Flannel! Flannel recently came to us as a stray in pretty poor condition; underweight, urine stained, and terrified. We aren't sure what Flannel has been through in his short life, but he is looking for a family to provide some good TLC and teach him that people are not so scary. Flannel is struggling in the chaotic shelter environment and is pretty afraid here, so meeting strangers can be scary and overwhelming for him.
