Finnick's Story
Say hello to Finnick - your future best friend and certified good boy!

This handsome guy is a graduate of our P.A.C.K. Program, a 9-week adventure in obedience, agility, and handling skills, where he trained hard and showed off his smarts. He's got "sit," "wave," "shake," and more in his trick toolbox! Like any star student, he'll shine brightest with a family who keeps practicing and reinforcing all those awesome skills, so they stick for life.

Finnick has spent much of his young life in shelters, but he's finally starting to discover how fun the world can be. He may be a little shy when facing new things, but give him a little time, a few tasty treats, and some gentle encouragement, and you'll see his confidence grow every single day. He tends to be the most scared of car rides and walking through doorways.

He gets along well with other dogs and is learning that running, playing, and just being a carefree pup is pretty great! It seems he does better and feels more settled and comfortable when other dogs are around.

Finnick doesn't seem too phased by cats but may choose to play rough with them when unsupervised.

He's especially motivated by snacks (who isn't?), which makes teaching him new tricks and polishing his manners a breeze.

Finnick is ready for someone to see the amazing dog he's becoming and give him the chance to truly blossom. Could that be you?

Apply to meet him today - he can't wait to wiggle his way into your heart!
