Finnegan's Story

Meet Finnegan!

Finnegan is an 18-month-old black and white Australian Shepherd with both brains and beauty. With his striking coat and bright, expressive eyes, he’s the kind of dog who turns heads wherever he goes—but it’s his personality that really shines.

This smart boy is eager to learn and picks up new things quickly. Like many Aussies, Finnegan is intelligent, independent, and thrives when given structure and purpose. He’ll do best with an owner who is confident, consistent, and ready to continue his training and help him reach his full potential.

Finnegan enjoys the company of other dogs and loves to play with his current canine foster sister. He currently attends doggie daycare once a week, where he gets to socialize and burn off some of his energy—he’s a great playmate! He would be happy in a home with another well-matched dog or as your one-and-only with regular opportunities for socialization and enrichment.

If you’re looking for a loyal, active, and incredibly smart companion—and you’re ready to provide the guidance he needs—Finnegan could be your perfect match.

Ready for your next best friend?
