Finn's Story

Hi, my name is Finn. On New Year’s Eve I escaped my yard (I was afraid of fireworks), and ended up at a high-kill shelter. My family never came to look for me. But some nice people from Outta the Cage came to visit me and took me outta there!

I am SUCH a nice, balanced dog! I walk well on leash and am friendly with other dogs. I’m now living with a trainer, and I’m already house trained and crate trained! (Check out the video of me doing agility work!) I also have nice manners around children.

I’m some sort of mix. I have a Weimaraner coat and coloring, a pittie face, and a labby personality. At 4 years old, I’m out of my puppy stage and just looking for a nice family that can give me daily walks and let me participate in things. I'm quiet and don’t ask for much.

My trainer thinks I’m a “wonderful dog” who would make a great companion. They’d love to show you what I can do. Please sign up to come meet me!

(Adoption application at https://outtathecage.org/applications.)
Love, Finn
