Finn's Story

Meet Finn
Finn, formerly known as Shamrock, is a sweet 10-month-old boy looking for a foster or, even better, a forever home.

Finn is house-trained, comfortable with cats, and does well with other dogs when given proper introductions. He can be a little nervous in busy environments, but underneath his uncertainty is an incredibly loving, gentle dog.

Finn’s current home is often busy and loud, with visitors, children, teenagers, and activity around the garage. The constant noise and commotion have left him feeling on alert much of the time. His foster believes Finn would truly blossom in a calmer, more predictable environment where he can relax and build confidence at his own pace.

When things are quiet, Finn is a completely different dog. He settles in, relaxes, and enjoys simply being a dog.

One of Finn’s favorite things in the world is his collection of stuffies. His mini Lamb Chop, medium Lamb Chop, big Lamb Chop, and little purple hedgehog are his treasured companions. He loves carrying them around and often makes sure they’re all close by when he settles down to sleep.

Finn is looking for a home that will give him the time, consistency, and reassurance he needs to feel secure. With the right environment, we believe Finn will continue to come out of his shell and show just how sweet and loving he can be.
