Finley and Ferris's Story

Another owner has died leaving dogs behind. Although her daughter has taken care of Finley (Tri-color) and Ferris (white) for several years, between her own pets (dogs and cats) and these little guys, the vet bills are more than she can handle and so Finley and Ferris are seeking a new home.

The bonded pair will be 7 years old in August, but for small dogs (both around 10 lbs.) that still means they will be around another 7-10 years. They cuddle and blanket-burrow and love toys, treats and baby carrots. They growl at each other during play, but that’s just their style. Finely is the outgoing one and Ferris is a bit shy, but warms up quickly. After all, this is an enormous change for them.

It is best for them to be adopted together as they have lived together all their lives. They came fully equipped with blankets, toys, bed and steps.

You can visit the dogs from noon - 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays, otherwise by appointment. We always recommend submitting an application (and a copy of recent vet records for your current pets if applicable) to info@aradopt.org.

Link to application: https://www.angelridgeanimalrescue.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Dog-Application.pdf
