Fiadh (Fee-ya)'s Story

Hi, I’m Fiadh, and I’m here to tell you that the princess has officially arrived!

My story didn’t start out quite as happily as I’d hoped. I had never really been exposed to the world before my family abandoned me at animal control. Suddenly, everything was new — new people, new places, new sounds, new animals, and a whole lot of things I didn’t understand.

But guess what? I’m learning!

Every day, I’m discovering something new and gaining a little more confidence. I’m still figuring things out, and I’m definitely not a confident girl yet, but I’m curious, smart, and eager to learn. Having a patient foster family show me that the world can be a safe and pretty wonderful place has made such a difference.

I’m playful, affectionate, and very gentle when I’m taking treats. I love hanging out with my people, playing, snuggling on the couch, and going for walks. I do have my own special zig-zag walking technique, though... apparently my foster family says it’s “incorrect.”

I’m also learning that I don’t always have to be busy. When things get quiet, I can settle nicely. I’m happy relaxing in my crate or finding a comfy spot nearby while my humans do their thing. I really just want to be close to my people.

And then there’s my AMAZING coat! Everyone seems to have a different word for my unique look, but my 8-year-old foster brother calls them “waves,” so that’s what we’re going with!

I’m looking for a forever family who understands that I’m still learning. I need someone patient and willing to help me continue building confidence, experiencing new things, and discovering what it means to be a loved dog. In return, I promise to give you plenty of playtime, snuggles, affection, and probably a little princess attitude along the way.

I may not have started life with the experiences every puppy deserves, but I’m making up for lost time one new adventure at a time.

So... who wants to help this little princess discover just how wonderful life can be?

No kids under 8 please.

Apply here: https://www.bulliedbreedsrescue.org/adoptionapplication
