This is Fester, he is a wonderful dog and had an unfortunate life before coming into our shelter. Fester is good with other dogs though he prefers those his size and smaller. Fester has environmental allergies and needs to be on allergy meds spring, summer, and fall and needs a home with no cats. After a long recovery period he is still trying to regrow his hair. Fester is an absolute character and is searching for the right person who will enjoy his antics.
