Fern's Story
You may have seen Fern on TV. She came to Precious Paws after a video of her being abused surfaced on social media. What impresses us most about Fern is that she holds no ill will towards humans in spite of what was done to her. We want her to have the best home where she can play ball and chew stuffies all day. She doesn't like cats, so a cat free home is a must. She needs an active home where she can run and play. She may be too rough for little dogs or tiny children, although she has shown no agression towards anyone (even cats, we think she thinks they are toys) She is great at going potty outside but she does tend to "launch" at the end of her leash so her new owner needs to be able to hold onto her while teaching her good leash manners.
