DOB 9-12-19), 62 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped.<br/><br/>Hi, I&#39;m Ferda, and I&#39;m a sweet, 70-pound girl who&#39;s looking for a calm yet interactive home! I&#39;m a low-to-medium energy dog, which means I&#39;m basically an expert in the fine art of lounging during the day. I&#39;m perfectly happy to hang out autonomously while you work-no destructive chewing, separation anxiety, or crate needed for this good girl!<br/><br/>I&#39;m a great housemate: I&#39;m fully potty-trained and will let you know very clearly if I need to go out off-schedule. I&#39;m smart, too! I know Sit, Shake Paw, and Lay Down, and I&#39;m a phenomenal catcher of tossed treats.<br/><br/>I do have a few areas where I could use a coach. I get a little nervous meeting new people and will sometimes do a polite &#34;stranger alert&#34; when you first come in, but I calm down quickly when my person assures me everything&#39;s fine. I can get overstimulated when I see other dogs on a walk, but I&#39;m coachable-I just need an owner committed to helping me feel more secure in those moments. I also have a knack for finding rabbits and squirrels, but my people have successfully taught me to curb my prey drive on command. Many shelters and rescues specify breeds based on appearance; however, research has shown that less than 2% of a dog&#39;s DNA determines appearance!<br/><br/>Passion 4 Paws does not practice the use of labels pertaining to compatibility with others or dog breed. Labels such as &#34;dog friendly&#34; and &#34;child friendly&#34; should be used with caution as they often over-simplify the personalities and behavior of dogs.
