Felix is 3 years old and 12 lbs. He came to us from a transport of dogs surrendered by large scale breeders. Felix is a bit shy and will take some time to adjust to new people but he will get there. He seems to like the attention once he is with you but won't come to you to ask for it just yet. He is happy to see people approach and he has shown no aggression so with a little more "people time" I'm sure he will be fine. He gets along with all other dogs.
