Felix can try Rescue from a local shelter in West Palm Beach. The Shelter reached out to us for help because they didn’t want to see Felix in danger.<br/><br/>He’s now in a foster home where he’s learning socialization, but it has become very apparent that he is afraid of men. <br/>:/ we are working on that . <br/>FELIX IS ACTUALLY A VERY SMART BOY. HE JUST NEEDED SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY WORK WITH HIM. <br/><br/><br/>He would do better with a female owner. He’s not a big dog and he’s adorable as he can be with those short little legs.
