Meet Felicia
Felicia is a very sweet & gentle 8 yrs.old, 12 lbs. little Shitzu. She was found abandoned in the streets completely matted and full of fleas. Either she had been surviving a long time alone in the streets which doesn’t seem likely or she had an owner who had her living in the yard and severely neglected her, which is the more likely scenario. It takes months and months to get as matted as she was. We had to have her completely shaved down because she was matted to the skin.
Although Felicia was neglected, somehow she is still a very loving little girl who just wants to be held or to just be right next to you.
Felicia’s adoption fee is $350.
