She tolerates the foster cat being… a bit of a jerk. She won’t start drama, but she would absolutely be happier in a cat-free home where she doesn’t have to pretend everything is fine all the time. Felice shares with her therapist what she loves most: walks that let her sniff and decompress, playtime with trusted pals, serious, committed snoozing TV time cuddled next to someone she loves, and maybe most important, feeling like she belongs. She is not a perfect dog — and in therapy, she’s learning no one needs to be. What she truly is: a wonderful, quirky, sensitive soul who has lived through loss and still chooses joy when given safety and patience.
