Farrah's Story
Farrah is in a foster home in San Antonio and is looking for a foster and adopter in the PNW.

The Paco's Family is delighted to introduce Farrah, a petite female who was rescued from an apartment complex where she was abandoned by tenants. Her sister had wandered out of the complex and was taken in by Animal Control:( Farrah stayed at the complex playground with the kids who gave her a lot of attention.

Unfortunately, some tenants attempted to scare her away by being hostile and throwing rocks at her. Farrah is a sweet and affectionate pup. Initially, she was shy and withdrawn but she has quickly perked up with some love in a safe foster home. She is estimated to be about 7 months old and weighs 35 pounds. She's not expected to be very large. Her coat is remarkable, especially after a bath, and flows beautifully in the wind.

Farrah enjoys the company of other dogs but exhibits an over interest in cats, possibly due to prey drive. She is relatively vocal for a husky and appreciates spending time outdoors. We will continue to learn more about Farrah in the coming days.

Fortunately, a committed foster family was able to provide her with a safe haven. She is currently having a great time with the resident dogs and can finally put her worries behind her.

Farrah's adoption fee is $600 which includes her transport, spay, vaccinations and microchip. 100% of the fee goes to her care. We are able to rescue with a combination of adoption fees and fundraising.

Please contact Carla at carlarelf@me.com for more details.
