Meet Fancy!<br/><br/>Fancy is a 7-8-month-old Pitty-supermutt mix with a beautiful black-and-white coat and the sweetest, most gentle soul. She and her siblings were literally dropped over the fence at the Bakersfield Shelter in July. One was adopted quickly, but Fancy and her two littermates ended up waiting over 80 days before our rescue stepped in to give them a new beginning.<br/><br/>Fancy is the shyest of the three. She's still learning that the world is a safe place after all she's been through.<br/>Right now, she's very skittish and tends to run away when someone reaches to pet her-but she's curious, and with patience, she's already starting to show signs of coming out of her shell.<br/><br/>She loves watching her siblings play and is beginning to join in, little by little. We expect Fancy to grow to around 50 pounds when full grown. She's up to date on vaccines and has her spay appointment coming up soon.<br/><br/>Fancy will thrive in a calm, patient home that will give her time, structure, and gentle encouragement. With love and security, this shy girl will blossom into a loyal, affectionate companion.
