Sweet and petite Fancy is still waiting for a home 352 days later 😭<br/><br/>Fancy is a one and a half year old Pitty-supermutt mix with a beautiful black and white coat and the sweetest, most gentle soul. She and her siblings were literally dropped over the fence at the Bakersfield Shelter in July 😞 One was adopted quickly, but Fancy and her two littermates ended up waiting over 80 days before our rescue stepped in to give them a new beginning.<br/><br/>Fancy was the shyest of the three, but she got to work with an in home trainer and has become so much more outgoing. Since her training and her time with an amazing foster, we’ve learned that fancy is shy but curious, and with patience, she would truly thrive! Her trainer also had a cat that Felicity did great with. We think she could live very easily with cats!<br/><br/>She loves watching her siblings play and is beginning to join in, little by little. Fancy weighs about 35 pounds and is already full grown. She’s up to date on vaccines and is spayed. <br/><br/>She’s very playful with other dogs and once she settled in, she likes to cuddle and sleep next to you. Overall, she’s smart and responsive to learning and enjoys doing some tricks for treats. <br/><br/>Fancy will thrive in a calm, patient home that will give her time, structure, and encouragement. With love and security, this shy girl will blossom into a loyal, affectionate companion 💜
