Meet Faith! 🐾<br/><br/>Faith is a 1-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier mix weighing in at around 47 lbs. Her journey hasn't been easy--but her transformation has been incredible.<br/><br/>Faith and her friend, Hope, were found running through the city and brought to us by a kind citizen. When she first arrived, Faith was extremely shut down--curled up in the corner of her kennel, trembling with fear. But thanks to the dedication of our staff, volunteers, and help from a behaviorist, Faith has made amazing progress.<br/><br/>With time, patience, and lots of love, Faith slowly began to trust again. She started venturing out of the corner of her kennel, wagging her tail when staff passed by, and even jumping up with excitement to say hello. Today, she's a social, sweet, and playful girl who greets staff at her kennel door and loves spending time in the play yard.<br/><br/>Faith has discovered a love for squeaky toys and enjoys running and playing outside. She's blossomed into a happy and affectionate dog who's ready to find a forever home where she can continue to thrive.<br/><br/>We're unsure how Faith would do with other dogs or children, so we recommend a meet-and-greet to ensure a good fit.
