F-150 (I Have a Secret Crush!)'s Story
F-150 may be built Ford Tough, but he's kind of a softy, too. One of our longtimers, F-150 recently got a chance to take a break from the shelter in a foster home. His foster has really been impressed with F-150's manners and training.

They wrote a little update on how he's doing:

"He understands sit, stay, and slow really well. While he is curious about the stuff in our home, he has not messed with anything beyond a sniff or two.

As for personality he is a sweetheart. He just wants to be near you and have his head scratched.

He's very smart. Started trying to teach him heel today on a walk around a park. He was picking up pretty quick. He is a bit ADHD when around new places and is very curious."

F-150 will need to be the only dog in his home, as he does not seem to feel comfortable around other dogs. He is not reactive (barking at) to other dogs on his walks at the shelter. But, he prefers to have his space and avoid close interactions with other dogs. He has not been evaluated with cats.
