Evie's Story

Meet Evie! Evie is an adult Hound mix with a sweet, friendly personality and plenty of love to give. She loves leaning against you for attention and is always happy to hand out kisses. If you're looking for an affectionate companion, Evie may be your girl! Evie knows the sit command, although she may give you a little "do I have to?" look before sitting-unless there's a treat involved! Treats are definitely the way to her heart. Evie is still learning her leash manners, but with patience and consistency, she'll continue to improve. This sweet girl has so much love to give and is ready to find someone who will appreciate her affectionate personality and goofy charm! The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A meet-and-greet is required for all shelter dogs if you already have a dog. Thank you for considering the adoption of a shelter animal in need!
