Everest's Story

Everest has been rescued!

Hi. I’m Everest. You might remember me as one of the pups who was found in a ditch. I am happy and healthy and although it has taken a while I am coming out of my shell. I am learning what it means to be a pet. I still run from my foster mom when she comes toward me, but I run and jump in her lap when she sits on the couch. Head pats are great, but being held and loved on is the best thing ever! I don’t mind being in a kennel, but I behave if left out when mom is gone for a while. I’ve learned to use puppy pads and am working on house breaking. I’ll need a mom or dad who will be a little patient with me. I probably will do better if there are no little kids around, but would probably do well with older ones. I also play really well with my foster siblings (dogs).

If interested in adopting Everest, please go to our website at danteshope.com to complete the online application or click on the link below:
https://forms.wix.com/r/7056686760360673404

Our pups are starting to write their letters to Santa Paws and EVEREST has asked us to share hers!

Dear Santa Paws,

My name is EVEREST and I am almost 6 months-old.
