Emmy's Story

At five months old, she’s cutest little furball you ever did meet! Seriously, her fur is so soft! She’s a little shy and on the calm side for a puppy. But, when you get her approval, she comes running and just wants to be your shadow. She loves to be pet and will just sweetly sit for love, even when playful busyness is all around. She loves belly rubs! She also loves her chew toys!

She is one of the most beautiful dogs you will ever see with heterochromatic (multicolored) eyes. She has had her first round of vaccines and rabies, with up-to-date monthly prevention meds. Waiting just a bit for her to be old enough to get spayed.

She plays well with her sister and other adult dogs. She’s loves to tuck away for a nap, definitely more on the chill side. She will need all the normal puppy support as she adjusts to a collar, walking on a leash, potty training, and basic commands. She’s quick to learn routines and can already hold going to the bathroom overnight.

Emmy takes time to warm up and does well with patient people who understand that the world can be a scary place for a little pup like her. She has done really well with other confident adult dogs and LOVES to play with them! She also does well with gentle older children who understand that fast movements and loud noises can be scary.

Emmy's ideal family would be a dog experienced family who have the patience to work with a shy dog who is trying really hard to trust and learn what love is from kind people. Older children who are also gentle and patient would be great family members for her, too.

If you are seriously interested and want to help a true rescue dog in need, please inquire.

We welcome OUT OF STATE adopters as well! We use reliable and insured transportation.

Rally Rescue's Adoption Policy
Our goal is to make sure every animal is placed in a safe, loving, and lasting home. Potential adopters begin by completing a short online application, which helps us learn more about their home environment, lifestyle, and experience with pets. Once reviewed, a volunteer follows up to answer questions and ensure the animal is a good fit. Approved applicants are invited to meet the pet in person—either at a foster home or adoption event. If it’s a match, we complete the adoption contract, collect the adoption fee, and provide full medical and behavioral records. All animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and up to date on preventatives before adoption. We stay in touch after placement to offer support and ensure a smooth transition for both the adopter and the pet.
