She has a healthy, age-appropriate energy level — bursts of playful zoomies followed by deep, peaceful puppy sleep. She absolutely loves other dogs and jumps right in to play, learning social skills along the way. She has also met a cat and has been respectful, showing a more timid and gentle curiosity rather than chasing.<br/><br/>Emma is currently working on all of her important puppy lessons. She is in progress with both crate training and house training. She sleeps through the night in her crate and has had mostly dry nights, especially when her crate is placed in her foster’s bedroom where she feels safe and secure. Like any young puppy, she may still have the occasional accident and will need consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement as she continues to learn. She is beginning to understand “no” and has started working on “sit,” showing that she is ready to learn with the right guidance.<br/><br/>Because she is so young, Emma is wonderfully adaptable.
