Emma's Story
Emma is a perfectly delightful chihuahua girl. She's spunky and sparky. Loves to wear clothes and show them off on walks. She's silly when excited and dances for joy when she sees her people.
Emma has been through some pretty rough times with her previous people and is a bit shy around men and strangers. She warms up quickly however and bonds fully after a bit.
She loves to lap sit and snuggle in your arms. She likes car rides and walks, sitting in sunshine and exploring new places. She's a quiet girl, but will alert you when someone is coming up the front walk. She likes nice dogs (especially puppies!) and cats, though she's not above chasing a cat if they run! In her foster home there are big dogs, little dogs, cats and kittens and Emma gets along with them all.
She can be fearful of going through doorways, having her nails trimmed and new people. But with her person by her side, she gains courage and powers through.
Emma is a lovely little girl who so deserves a loving person.
Emma would probably do best in a home without children as their quick movements are unsettling to her. She would be good with a sweet doggy companion, but totally fine being the only pet in the household. Come meet Emma and be charmed by her lovely expression and her dancing ability.
