The first big thing I would like to tell you about myself is that I am deaf! I have started learning some signs in my foster home and am excited to continue to learn things. I will work hard for treats and I am a smart girl! I am still young, so I love fun and adventure. I enjoy staying busy and my foster parents have discovered that I love to play with all sorts of toys and especially enjoy chasing balls around the house. Even better if they are treat balls. Playing and getting treats at the same time? Nothing better! I love going for car rides and am a perfect passenger princess. I also really like pup cups if you want to bring me with when you make your morning coffee run. Just sayin!

I am potty trained once I learn the routine of my new home and have made enormous progress on crate training since arriving in my foster home. Give me some things to keep me busy in there like a kong and I'll happily run in there and chew on that until I fall asleep. Because I am deaf, I am incredibly loud when I bark so a home without shared walls is probably best for me! I would LOVE a dog companion in my forever home, but they should be around my size and playful! I love to rough house and play with other dogs. There are a couple of old and small dogs in my foster home that don't find my play style very cute. *eye roll* They are just boring! I think my play style would also be too much for any feline friends. I am still young and learning my manners so I may accidently hurt a young child which I would never want to do so probably best to avoid that situation!

My foster parents say I am an absolute riot and keep them laughing every day. I AM pretty funny and goofy if I do say so myself! When it's bedtime, I am adorable. I either fall asleep all night at your feet or I'll tuck myself in under the blankets next to you if you let me! I give the best kisses and have such a sweet soul. My ideal person/people will be devoted to giving me structure, patience, and training to continue to grow! I hope that I can find my forever home soon to hopefully have lots of play time and adventures while giving you all of my heart and love!

Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional's recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal's history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.

The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online forms here as well.

The Rescue Crew's Adoption Policy
Thank you for your interest in adopting a pet through The Rescue Crew! Your desire to provide a loving forever home to a rescued animal helps us in our shared goal to “Save a Life Today.” We are a completely volunteer-run, foster-based rescue, which means all of our animals live in home environments—not kennels—while they await adoption. This allows us to learn as much as possible about each pet’s personality, preferences, and needs so we can help make the best possible match for both the animal and the adopter. Our adoption process may take a little time, and you might notice we ask a lot of questions. That’s because we want to ensure a lasting and happy match for everyone involved. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers—these questions simply help us guide you toward the pet who will fit best with your family, lifestyle, and expectations. Many of the animals who come into our care have faced hardship, uncertainty, or even the risk of euthanasia. Our mission is to give them a second chance—and to place them in loving, responsible, lifelong homes where they can finally feel safe and secure. If you see an animal you’re interested in, please submit an application through our website at www.rescuecrew.org/adoption-basics as soon as possible. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it will help ensure your place in line for that animal—or another pet who might be a perfect match. Thank you for choosing adoption and for helping us continue our lifesaving work. Together, we’re giving hope and homes to animals who need them most.
