City of Edna Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
We will discuss with you how the animal you are interested in may or may not fit into your family. There is an adoption form and you will need to make sure you have a current and valid drivers license. Once the application has been approved, you will be directed to Edna City Hall to pay the $20 adoption fee while we microchip your pet. We are required to make certain the dogs have all their shots prior to leaving us, so we will transport the dog to the local vet where you will pay the $34 for all the shots.
