Meet Ember
This absolutely stunning girl is Ember. She is quite shy right now and needs someone to take their time with her to build up her confidence. She likes other dogs and it may be best to have another doggie friend to help her come out of her shell and learn how to be a dog. She doesn't like sharing her food so she needs to be fed separately. She will take treats gently from your hand though. A home with no kids or older ones who know boundaries would be best. She really is the goodest girl ever and the favorite of several of us at the shelter. Ember loves belly rubs! She is house trained but having a difficult time "holding it" during the long overnight hours. The shelter is starting to wear on her and she'd love to have a home of her very own. Come meet this lovely girl and if you already have a dog, bring it down to meet her too!
