Ember's Story

Born in May 2016, Ember is a loving German Shepherd–Husky mix with a soft heart and a big capacity for affection. She came from a neglect case in Baker County, and while it took her some time to learn to trust, she’s made incredible progress.

Ember may be a little shy at first, but once she knows you, she truly blossoms. She loves curling up next to her people for cuddles and pets and is happiest when she’s close to those she trusts. Ember is potty trained and proudly holds the title of professional snuggler.

She does well once she feels secure and would thrive in a home that understands her gentle nature and gives her a little time to settle in. With patience and kindness, Ember becomes a loyal, affectionate companion who will happily soak up all the love you have to give.

Ember is ready for a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and cherished.
